Walls Construction Group is to occupy the first 35,000 sq ft building in the business park it is developing close to the Northern Cross section of the M50 and the Malahide Road in north Dublin. Agent Colliers Jackson-Stops reports strong interest in a tranche of buildings which will range in size from 30,000 to 45,000 sq ft. Each can be broken up to allow lettings from 10,000 sq ft. "With rents starting at only £14 per sq ft for such a high profile location close to Dublin Airport and beside the site of the planned new Tesco shopping centre, the terms are attractive by any standards," says Struan Gunn of the letting agents.
