396 homes for Loughlinstown Developer William Neville and Sons is looking to build a further 396 apartments at Tullyvale in Druid's valley, in Loughlinstown.
The company also wants to build a crèche on the 4.75-hectare site. The apartments would be in nine buildings ranging in height from three to eight storeys with over 500 car-parking spaces.
Last April, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council refused William Neville's plans to build over 800 homes at Cherrywood near the N11 dual-carriageway in south Dublin. The Co Wexford property developer was seeking to build 805 homes on a 9.2-hectare site bounded by Tullyvale and Druid Valley Park.
The council ruled that the development, which would have involved the construction of 50 buildings ranging in height from four to seven storeys, was premature pending the development of a local area plan for the Cherrywood Rathmichael area.

Over 60 of the units will be accessed from Blackglen Road and the rest from Slate Cabin lane.
