• Father Mathew Hall on Church Street in Dublin 7 is to be restored and subdivided into three office units. Dublin City Council has granted permission for the development to Harry Crosbie's Ossory Park Management who will also preserve its proscenium arch, cast iron columns and redesign the main entrance.

• Originally built in 1890 by the Capuchin friars as a temperance hall dedicated to the memory of Father Mathew, the building has not been in use for several years as it is in poor condition throughout. Prior to its closure the hall was in use as a bingo venue

• Located at the junction of Church Street and Nicolas Avenue, Crosbie purchased the listed building in 2001 from the Capuchins for a figure in the region of €952,303. Crosbie also purchased the adjoining 10,870 sq ft Bow Street Friary for around €1,206,251.

• Pageflyer Ltd , a division of Treasury Holdings, has been granted planning permission for a seven storey office building with a terrace at 6th floor level at the junction of Burlington Road and Mespil Road in Dublin 4 . It comprises a total of 8,872 sq m of floor area. Located at the junction of Burlington Road and Mespil Road in Dublin 4, the existing five storey building over basement office and residential building at 43-49 Mespil Road will be demolished and its replacement will have 40 car spaces and 100 bicycle spaces at basement level.
