140 apartments for InchicoreCarriden Developments has submitted a planning application to Dublin City Council for 140 residential units with underground car parking for 92 spaces and sufrace car parking for 51 cars at Lands fronting Thomas Davis Street with St Michael's Estate to the West, Sisters of Mercy development to the south and Thomas Davis Court development to the west, Inchicore, Dublin 8.
The development will also include a creche and the demolition of existing buildings on site.
Aldi applies for shop and apartments at Cabinteely site
Aldi has applied for permission to demolish an existing dwelling house and associated structures on a site at Clonkeen Road, Old Bray, Road, Cabinteely, Dublin 14 and erect a five-storey apartment development in two inter connected blocks with a neighbourhood shop at ground floor level.
The development will also include 135 car parking spaces.

Tourism and Recreation complex planned for former Fruitfarm at
Aiddon Limited has applied for permission to construct an integrated tourism and recreation complex to comprise a 106-bed hotel, a leisure centre to include a swimming pool and gym. They also plan to erect a creche, 46 courtyard style holiday cottages, a gold clubhouse and pro shop, a bowling green and an 18-hole golf course at Fruitfarm, Kilsallaghan, Co Dublin.
