Stylish waterfront apartments at the new Bridgewater shopping centre in Arklow, Co Wicklow, come to the market this week.

Bridgewater Quay, North Quay, is a development of 23 apartments overlooking the Avoca river.

The scheme forms part of the Bridgewater Centre, which is due to open for business next week.

Bridgewater Quay has been developed by North Quay Developments.

The scheme features dual-aspect apartments, which all come with good-sized balconies offering views over the Avoca river.

Apartment prices start at €425,000 for 90sq m (975sq ft) two-bedroom units.

Three-bedroom corner apartments, which have two en suite rooms and 138sq m (1,490sq ft) of space, start at €550,000.
