the hammer yesterday.
Three bidders chased the house which is part of the Arup portfolio of properties on and around Wellington Road currently being sold by Colliers Jackson-Stops. Elsewhere, auction results were again extremely poor with several properties across the city withdrawn without attracting a single bid.
