More than a century after setting up its wine shop in Kildare Street, Dublin 2, Mitchell and Son is to open a second outlet in south Dublin. The new business will be located at the former Hansel and Gretel children's clothes shop at 54 Glasthule Road, Sandycove. The company will be paying a rent of around £32,000 for the premises, which were bought over a year ago for £330,000 by property developer Robin Power. Mithchels plan to run a wine shop and wine tasting business from 1,200 square feet on the ground floor. The upper floor is to be sublet. Lisney handled the letting.
