The landscape: within walking distance of the Blanchardstown shopping centre and near the village.

The features: at around 74sq m (800sq ft) it has an entrance hall, livingroom with laminated floor and double patio doors to a balcony. The kitchenette has a range of floor and eye level kitchen units, and includes appliances. Both bedrooms lead to a balcony. The main bedroom has a shower en suite and the second bedroom has a patio door to a balcony. It has electric storage heating.

How much for an investor? The monthly repayments on a 90 per cent mortgage over 20 years at a 3.75 per cent Investment variable tracker would be €1,572.50. Over 25 years they would be €1,363.33 per month. On a combined interest-only/repayment mortgage on an 85 per cent loan based on an investment variable tracker rate of 3.75 per cent, repayments for the first seven years would be €781.16 per month. For the remaining 18 years they would be €1,596 per month.
