Limited edition bike from BMW

BMW HAS unveiled the BMW G450X Factory Replica Edition enduro motorcycle.

This bike is targeted at competitive enduro riders, with a racing exhaust and a sticker kit to give the bike a factory look.

There’s also an optional race pack which includes filters, spark plugs, brake pads, clutch plates and a spare chain.

The Factory Replica Edition is expected to cost €8,750 and will be available for a limited term of six weeks.

Honda CB1100F for 2010 release

THE LONG awaited Honda CB1100F is set to be unleashed in 2010, according to biker magazine MCN.

Images released show how the bike will look.

“It gets a newly designed side panel, engine crankcases from the CB1300R and will come with a long list of optional parts including carbon fibre bolts on and even an alcantara seat,” according to MCN.

Kells road races and events

KELLS ROAD Races kick off next weekend, July 17th-19th, in Co Meath.

Guy Martin, Keith Amor, Ryan Farquhar, Ian Lougher, Michael Dunlop, William Dunlop and Adrian Archibald are expected at the circuit for the event’s 15th anniversary.

And a Red Hot Chilli Peppers tribute band will play in the Headfort Arms Hotel on Friday, July 17th, with proceeds going to the Louth/Meath branch of DownSyndrome Ireland.
