Citroën has released details of its restyled C5, which features the new-look grille that will also feature in the new C4 range. Both will be unveiled at the Paris Motor show later this month.

The new C5 also features the new "boomerang" styling for both front and rear lights. The interior has also been updated.

The car will come with Citroën's new lane departure warning system which alerts drivers if they drift across lanes. It will also boast Xenon dual function directional headlamps which turn as the car corners.

Safety has also been stepped up. The airbag count now stands at seven, including one to protect the knee area - as well as a speed limiter and ESP.
