Seat has brought its new Cordoba to the Irish market just in time for the January sales. First introduced in 1994, the car retains its "Ibiza with a boot" appearance although it's physically larger than its predecessor. The all-important boot is up by 30 litres to 485 litres, even with the full-sized spare wheel.
The new Cordoba comes with a range of new engines including a three-cylinder 1.2 litre version. Prices start at €15,650 for the 1.2 Stella model.
At its European launch, Seat president Andreas Schleef described the Cordoba as "another pillar of the bridge between our current range of products and the future generation of Seat cars".
The Cordoba comes with a choice of five engines and in three finish levels: Stella, Sport and Signo.
