DESPITE THE light commercial vehicle market being in even worse shape than the new car market – down 70 per cent on last year – Honda is introducing its first vehicle into this segment of the Irish market with the CR-V commercial.

It is powered by Honda’s 2.2-litre turbodiesel engine, and includes features such as leather upholstery, Bluetooth hands-free mobile connection, built-in satnav, cruise control and alloys. It starts at €26,595 excluding VAT and €32,000 with VAT.

Mitsubishi is celebrating 25 years in Ireland this month. The Japanese brand, distributed by a subsidiary of Frank Keane Holdings, currently has more than 100 employees and 33 dealers across the State.
