A guide to the week's expected traffic hotspots.
DUBLIN: Major construction work continues on the M1 between the Coolock Interchange and Collins Avenue for the next three weekends to facilitate the construction of the Dublin Port Tunnel. Anybody travelling to or from Dublin Airport should use the M50 and allow an extra 30 minutes.
Roadworks at the Hazelhatch railway bridge continue daily until next Monday from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Lane restrictions will be in place.
Saturday's Dublin-Donegal football replay at Croke Park will cause delays both in Dublin and on routes from Donegal.
The Sligo-Armagh replay in Navan will also cause delays from early Sunday morning on the N2 and N4.
LIMERICK: The current diversion route and two-way traffic will continue to operate on the Dublin Road at Groodey Bridge until the end of the month.
TIPPERARY: Boherclough Street in Cashel will close between 6 a.m. on Friday, and 6 p.m. Sunday. Southbound traffic will divert onto Friar Street, then via the Green. Northbound traffic will divert at New Inn village onto Golden Village and via N74 to rejoin the N8 at Cashel.
