DUBLIN:

There is a diversion on the M1 at the Balbriggan Bypass at the Walshstown exit until further notice in order to complete the motorway. All southbound traffic must divert from the southbound overtaking lane 500m north of the Walshtown interchange. Northbound traffic should follow the diversion route to rejoin the Ballbriggan Bypass 150m north of the Walshtown overbridge.

The Coombe is closed at its junction with the Coombe Relief Road until Monday, November 11th, for construction of a new manhole. Traffic is diverted via Ardee Street to access the Coombe and Meath Street.

Roadworks are taking place between Clonee and Lucan from 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily until about November 28th including weekends. There is a one-way system and signposted diversion.

WICKLOW:

Roadworks on the N11 at Tighes Avenue between Ashford and Rathnew until further notice. Lane restrictions and temporary traffic lights.

WEXFORD:

The Wexford Opera Festival is underway next Sunday, with over 40 daytime events and 80 evening performances. Expect lots of extra traffic, especially from the N11 and N25.

LIMERICK:

Roadworks on the Dublin Rd, N7 approaching Groody Roundabout at Castletroy should be finished up by Saturday. Until then allow an extra 25 minutes if you are using the N7 at Castletroy.

Plassey Park Road at Castletroy between Vistakon Roundabout and the intersection with Kilmuarry Road is closed until Sunday, November 10th. Use the N7 instead.

In Limerick city, there is a road closure and diversions at Verdant Place until Sunday, November 17th. Only residential and business access is available at Verdant Place.

Roadworks and temporary lights are in place on the N21, Limerick to Tralee Road, on the Limerick side of Newcastle West. Lights are in place from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays until about Tuesday, November 12th.

The N18 slip road for southbound traffic to Shannon is closed until further notice. Traffic is diverted southbound onto the N18 for about two kilometres to the Bunratty flyover in order to return northbound into Shannon.

DONEGAL/LEITRIM:

Roadworks between Carrick-on- Shannon and Bundoran just north of Manorhamilton until about November 24th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

CAVAN:

Resurfacing on the N3 one mile outside Lavey on the Cavan side. Traffic controls are in place until about November 13th.

CORK:

Resurfacing on the N22 at Ballymakeera and Ballyvourney from Monday to Friday until about November 13th.

In Cork city, roadworks at Wilton Shopping Centre on Sarsfield Rd until mid-February for construction of a dual carriageway. Works in place between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily, except weekends. Two-way traffic will be maintained at all times and traffic should not be badly affected. No right turn from shopping centre onto the Sarsfield Rd - access the centre from the Bishopstown entrance.
