This May, the prestigious Dublin International Piano Competition celebrates its milestone 25th anniversary.
To celebrate, The Irish Times is hosting a special piano evening for our readers on Thursday, April 26th at Brown Thomas, Dublin with the co-founder and artistic director of the Dublin International Piano Competition, John O’Conor.
Domini and Peaches Kemp at the Restaurant at Brown Thomas will serve a three-course supper with wine.
You will then be treated to a seated piano recital in the first-floor Design Rooms with this year’s Irish competitors, Nadine Fiorentini (22) from Co Donegal, Máire Carroll (20) from Malahide, Co Dublin and Benjamin Shaffrey (21) from Ranelagh, Dublin 4 (pictured).
The competition takes place between May 4th and May 15th.
