In Dublin, you can join wine writer John Wilson, and John McDonnell of Wine Australia as they take you on a tour of some of Australia’s great vineyard regions, exploring what makes each region and its wines unique. The tasting will take place in Ely wine bar, Custom House Quay on Thursday, April 7th at 6.30pm.
Places for both events are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Register your interest in securing places at irishtimes.com/winetasting. Tickets are €20, and all proceeds raised will go to Tour de Munster 2011, a four-day, 400-mile charity cycle raising money and awareness for Down Syndrome Ireland.
