All that glisters is not gold, or so Shakespeare would have us believe. Now silver has its chance to shine at a new exhibition in the National Museum.
Head to the Riding School at the Collins Barracks branch of the National Museum and check out the gleam on more than 120 pieces of silver on show in its new exhibition, Treasures of Today.
Opening on Tuesday, the display features pieces from the private collection at Goldsmiths' Hall, London, with silver objects by Irish and international artists and designers dating from 1980 to the present day.
