All in the best possible taste: As part of next weekend's Howth Peninsula Festival, Baily Wines is hosting a series of food-and-wine tastings in the caves of Bá Mizu, in the Baily Hotel, on Saturday, July 15th, at 4pm.
You'll get a chance to sample a wide variety of wines, as well as cheeses, cured meats, pâtés, olive oils and chocolate. There will be three guided tastings: food and wine, with Niamh Boylan; cheese, with Sheridans Cheesemongers; and wine, with Ben Reynolds of Liberty Wines. Tickets cost €10 from Elisabeth Ryan at Baily Wines, which is next door to Bá Mizu on Main Street, Howth, Co Dublin (01-8322394).
