Sleep and inner peace are two things most of us are lacking these days. A yoga and sleep retreat at Lisnavagh House in Co Carlow might not be able to guarantee inner peace, but it will definitely set you on the right track.
The retreat offers yoga and meditation classes for a maximum of 12 guests; included are home-cooked meals and snacks, with a focus on nutrition and raw foods. To ensure a good night’s sleep, each guest will have their own bedroom and bathroom in this 19th century Gothic Revival house, with views over the wooded estate and to the mountains beyond.
Walks around the estate are also included in the programme, or if you prefer to stay indoors, you can curl up with a book in front of the large log fire in the library.
