Fujitsu Siemens Computers have produced security software which, once installed in Fujitsu Siemens computers, will prevent children accessing dangerous Internet content.
"Security for Children" supports all common browsers (such as Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator), all Microsoft Windows operating systems and will, in the near future, support Whistler and Linux.
Installed at no extra charge, it will allow parents set up individual user profiles for their children. It works by automatically diverting children to suitable web content if they click on Internet sites with pornographic or inappropriate elements.
