Gardaí are investigating a robbery in which a substantial amount of money was stolen from a Dublin bank this morning.
Two men escaped with at least €100,000 from the NIB Bank in Killester on the Howth Road.
The men are understood to have entered the rear of the bank premises overnight and waited for staff to arrive this morning.
The men, one of whom was armed with a handgun, locked staff in the toilet when they arrived for work shortly before 9.30am.
