Eighteen participants have graduated from the Arts Audiences inaugural audience development programme, a course accredited by the University of Ulster and facilitated by Irish Times Training.
It is designed for experienced arts directors and senior managers who are responsible for audience development, attendance and marketing.
The programme is an opportunity for venues and festivals to strategically develop their business and to build audience attendance and engagement.
