BRASILIA - Only two per cent of Brazilians consider their legislature honest and efficient, says an opinion poll published in the Estado de Sao Paulo newspaper yesterday.
Though all branches of government fared dismally in the evaluation of their honesty, speed, credibility, efficiency and transparency, Congress came out worst.
