A Dublin man has been ordered to pay £20 a week to a neighbour whose car he had burnt or serve five years in prison. Judge Kieran O'Connor warned Patrick Gaffney (40), of Captain's Road, Kimmage, that if he missed two consecutive payments the suspended sentence would be activated.
