Johannesburg - The leaders of three Tutsi groups from Burundi agreed yesterday to sign a peace agreement for the tiny central African country, the mediator, Mr Nelson Mandela, told journalists after meeting their leaders in Johannesburg.
"They have agreed without any reservations," said the former South African president after talks with the leaders of the Independent Party of Workers (PIT), the Union for Democracy and Economic and Social Development (RADDES) and the National Alliance for Law and Economic Development (ANADDE).
