WIGMORE, Kent - A three-year-old boy has been expelled from his playgroup for allegedly terrorising other youngsters.
The parents of Matthew Kennedy were told their son was no longer welcome at the Wednesday Break playgroup in Wigmore, near Gillingham, Kent.
