Up to 450 staff are to go as part of plans to reform Northern Ireland's health service.
A centralised health and social care board with up to 400 workers will replace four smaller bodies, Minister for Health Michael McGimpsey told the Assembly

The authority will manage finances and performance.
Other reforms will include creating five local groups for commissioning services and a smaller Department of Health.

Around 850 people are employed by the four health boards being merged at present.
