The Minister for Health and Children, Mr Cowen, has allocated £4 million to the capital development of training centres for people with disabilities in the greater Dublin area. The EU-funded development is part of the Capital Programme for Vocational Training Centres, designed to improve the quality and standard of training centres for people with disabilities.
