The Democratic Unionist Party leader, the Rev Ian Paisley, said yesterday his party is considering testing the legality of the Belfast Agreement. He said he would seek a judicial review if the Northern Secretary, Dr Mo Mowlam, forges ahead with the setting up of an executive and the North-South bodies without putting the issue to a vote in the Assembly.
