The Cabinet is expected to ratify the appointment of the new secretary of the Department of Agriculture today. Interviews were held last Wednesday.
Fight candidates were interviewed to replace Mr Michael Dowling, whose term expires this month. Five of the applicants came from within the department and the others from other Government departments.
