The Taoiseach, Mr Ahern, has paid tribute to the work of Boston College in supporting business, education and the peace process in Ireland. He was speaking in Dublin yesterday at a reception to honour the university's president, Father William Leahy.
It was announced that Boston College would host a series of business seminars and meetings to promote economic development with community organisations in Belfast this week. The university's Irish Institute is best known for the programmes it runs for Northern Ireland Assembly members.
