An air hostess who was injured on an aircraft at Heathrow Airport two years ago has settled her £30,000 damages claim against Aer Lingus for an undisclosed amount. Ms Olivia Murphy (31), of Kings Inn Court, Phibsborough, Dublin, was working in an Aer Lingus aircraft when an exterior passenger door was closed against her from the outside by a member of ground staff. She sustained head and neck injuries and was treated at a London hospital.
