A drug dealing den was in full swing when police burst into a house in Belfast, it was alleged at the Magistrates Court, Belfast, yesterday.
A prosecution lawyer said that while police were present a number of telephone calls were received from the public requesting drugs.
The defendants are Mr Brian Quinn (19), Mr Brendan Brannigan (17), Mr Patrick Coyle (19), all of College Place North, and Ms Maria Campbell (19), of Glengoland Gardens, Belfast.
They were charged with possessing about 1,500 ecstasy tablets with a street value of £24,000 and having the drugs with intent to supply.

Ms Campbell and Mr Coyle were granted bail, and Mr Quinn and Mr Brannigan were remanded in custody.
