Apology over Jewish extradition

Helsinki - The Finnish Prime Minister, Mr Paavo Lipponen, yesterday apologised on Finland's behalf for the extradition of eight Jewish refugees to Germany in 1942, the Finnish news agency STT/FNB reported.
