"Archbishop Tutu will talk about the lessons we can learn in Northern Ireland in the context of the current Bill of Rights debate from the experience in South African," Mr Paul Mageean of CAJ said.
The former Secretary General of the South African Council of Churches (S.A.C.C.) was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984 for his work against apartheid.
