Holders Arsenal will play London rivals Chelsea in the FA Cup for the fourth successive season following today's draw for the fifth round.

The other outstanding tie will be between Manchester United and either their local rivals Manchester City or Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on Valentine's weekend.

There was disappointment for third division Swansea City, who instead of meeting premier league opposition as they had hoped, will travel to second division Tranmere Rovers.

The only other all-premier league tie will be between Liverpool and Portsmouth whose only previous FA Cup meeting was in 1992 when Liverpool won a drawn semi-final replay on penalties.

Manchester United v Manchester City / Tottenham
Tranmere v Swansea
Telford / Millwall Burnley
Sunderland v Birmingham
Sheffield United v Coventry / Colchester
Arsenal v Chelsea
