Arsonists attacked an Orange Hall in west Belfast overnight.
Bolt-cutters were used to break into Whiterock Orange Hall, and a kitchen area was set alight.
The hall is close to the scene of ferocious rioting that broke out after a disputed Orange march last month. A window was broken and flammable liquid poured inside. Scorch and smoke damage was caused to the hall and kitchen areas.
With thousands of loyalists set to march through the city in a major demonstration tomorrow, the Orange Order claimed the fire was an attempt at provocation.
A spokesman said: "We fear this attack was intended to stir things ahead of tomorrow's Love Ulster People's Rally in Woodvale Park in which scores of Orangemen will be taking part.
"If so, our opponents need to recognise that Orangeism is an integral part of Protestant culture - and it isn't going to be eradicated by the Parades Commission, stupid morons armed with petrol and matches, or anybody else for that matter."
Sinn Féin condemned the arson attack. Tom Hartley, a Sinn Féin West Belfast councillor, said: "Despite the behaviour of the Orange Lodge who operate out of the Whiterock Hall over recent months in trying to force an unwanted sectarian parade through the local nationalist community and the subsequent violence and intimidation which resulted, there can be no justification for an attack of this kind."
