DIY chain Atlantic Homecare has announced plans for new store in Cork that will create 40 jobs when it opens in November.
The 54,000-square-foot store in Blackpool Retail Park is part of a an expansion that will see stores opening in Tullamore in September and Wexford in October, while a Limerick store is planned to open early next year.
Heiton group, Atlantic's parent company, said the expansion is part of a strategy to capitalise on the increasing potential of the Irish DIY and homecare market.
Atlantic Homecare operates from 13 locations throughout Ireland.
