Hebron - The Palestinian Authority yesterday condemned the shooting of two Jewish settlers in the West Bank town of Hebron in an attack Israel said was the work of Palestinian militants. The two Israelis were slightly wounded on Tuesday night when their car came under fire near Hebron's Cave of the Patriarchs, a site holy to both Jews and Muslims. It was the first such attack since the new Prime Minister, Mr Ehud Barak, took office in July.
