A death threat against a Lurgan republican, Mr Colin Duffy, has led to a change in the conditions of his High Court bail. Mr Duffy (30) was granted bail last Wednesday on a charge of causing grievous bodily harm to a policeman in Lurgan last weekend.
After a phone threat to Mr Duffy's mother's home, Mr Justice Pringle directed in the High Court in Belfast yesterday that he could live at an address handed into court.
