A Dublin man who killed a donkey has been remanded on continuing bail by Judge Dominic Lynch. Allen Carmichael (22), Castleview, Streamstown, Malahide, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to unlawfully and maliciously killing a female donkey while it was confined at Malahide on May 30th last year.
Sentenced will be passed on July 19th, pending psychiatric and probationary reports.
