Mr Patrick McGinley (31), of Ballyowen Lane, Lucan, was charged in Kilmainham District Court yesterday eamus Boyle with the manslaughter of Mr Thomas McDonagh at St Oliver's Park, Clondalkin, on May 15th last. He is also charged with dangerous driving causing death, and with assault causing actual bodily harm to Julia Power.
Judge Gillian Hussey increased bail from £5,000 to £8,000 and remanded Mr McGinley to January 5th.
