Troubled Internet security firm Baltimore Technologies is expected to announce at least another 250 job losses this week, the Daily Telegraphnewspaper reported today.

The company said in July it would cut a "significant" number of jobs to help cut costs, on top of the 250 losses announced in May. Baltimore said then the exact number of jobs to go would be announced in August.

Baltimore is due to announce second quarter and half year results on Wednesday as well as its business restructuring plan.

The restructuring is expected to generate annualised savings of around $19 million sterling.
