Bank of Ireland has unveiled a new range of SSIA advice services for customers, as thousands of the special savings accounts prepare to mature.
The bank is installing an SSIA adviser in every branch and has set up a special website and customer helpline to deal with queries about the accounts, and to provide forms to change contributions.
According to the Bank of Ireland, the SSIA advisers can inform savers of their options before the accounts mature. The new services will also advise customers of their Revenue obligations.
The Bank of Ireland SSIA customer helpline can be contacted on 1890-365254.
