Strasbourg The European Court of Human Rights is expected to decide today whether to hear an application by relatives of Argentine Falklands war dead to seek compensation from Britain, a court spokeswoman said yesterday.
Relatives of two of the 323 sailors killed in the sinking of the Argentine Navy cruiser Belgrano filed for damages at the Strasbourg-based court earlier this month.
