????Stressed out? Do something about it - like, "Stop! Break Free from the Tyranny of the Urgent", as Barry McCullough urges in one of the latest publications from Cork's Collins Press.

The pre-publicity asks a number of questions: "What ever happened to those wonderful things you were going to do with your life?" and "Have you been taken over by the never-ending wants and demands of others?" There's also "Do you want to reawaken your dreams and plans but are unsure how to go about it?" and "Does the daily grind leave you fearful, anxious and stressed out, wondering `is this all there is to life?' "

There is a great danger that the answer to all of these questions could be yes. McCullough, who was born in Belfast and now lives in Cork, is not offering quick-fix solutions, but more permanent approaches to lifestyle management - powerful strategies to see us through. His background is in management as a consultant.
