Two members of the Householders Against Service Charges Campaign in Cork were threatened with prison yesterday unless they paid a £70 court fine with £20 costs within the next month, writes Dick Hogan. Yesterday Judge Uinsinn Mac Gruairc imposed the fine and costs on Mr Ted Tynan, a Cork trade unionist, who has been leading the campaign against service charges.
