The Garvaghy Road Residents' Coalition is to meet the British Prime Minister, Mr Blair, next Monday to discuss the continuing Drumcree stalemate.
Confirmation of the meeting, which is being held at the residents' request, comes after loyalists staged a third night of protest at Portadown's Corcrain Estate.
A spokesperson for the Garvaghy Road residents said the loyalist protests were part of "a concerted campaign of low-intensity terror" directed against the town's minority population.
Shortly after 11 p.m. on Saturday evening a crowd of some 200 loyalists gathered at Craigwell Avenue, close to the nationalist "tunnel" area.
Similar protests were held in the Corcrain area on Thursday and Friday nights. Local nationalist residents have accused the RUC of facilitating intimidation of nationalists by failing to take action against the protesters.
"At no time during these protests did the RUC attempt to make any arrests or to move the demonstrators," a spokesperson for the residents said. "It is this inaction by the RUC which is encouraging this type of intimidatory behaviour."
The latest protests took place as the First Minister Designate, Mr David Trimble, indicated that behind-the-scenes moves were continuing in an effort to resolve the Drumcree impasse. However, he said the moves were at "too sensitive a stage" for him to comment further at this time.
