BORD na gCon gave a High Court undertaking yesterday that it would not take any steps to move the National Breeders' Produce Stakes from Clonmel Greyhound Track to the Waterford track.

The undertaking is to continue until the court hears an application for an interlocutory injunction by the promoters of the Clonmel track on April 14th next.

The board also undertook not to proceed with revoking the licence of Clonmel Leisure Group Ltd which operated under a lease and licence from the board.

Last Friday, Mr Justice Kelly granted leave to the company operators to seek a judicial review of the board's decision to revoke its operating licence.
