Body of girl `dismembered'

A pregnant teenager was murdered after a bizarre sex session, the High Court in Belfast heard yesterday

A pregnant teenager was murdered after a bizarre sex session, the High Court in Belfast heard yesterday. A Crown lawyer said Ms Sylvia Fleming (17), from Omagh, Co Tyrone, had been injected with insulin and had tape put over her mouth and eyes before she was killed. Her body was then cut up and put into bin bags and was eventually buried in the foundation of a house under construction.

Mr Paul John Rigby (20), of Johnston Park, Omagh, who is charged with helping to dispose of the body, applied for bail yesterday after being in custody for six months. A man and a youth are in custody accused of the murder.

The Crown lawyer said Mr Rigby was in England when Ms Fleming, who was three months pregnant, was murdered last April. After returning to Omagh he was asked to help in the disposal of the body. Later he told police all he knew about her death and where her remains were buried.
